...on helping a client after storm damage
After contacting 5 contractors, with 4 no-shows (costing me personal time from my job) - Kevin was on time. We toured my home for the damage, with Kevin taking plenty of notes and measurements. With a quick turnaround on providing an estimate, work began once the materials came in. In addition, the necessary work was completed very quickly (I had to wait on Citizens for supplemental payments). Kevin was prompt with replies and returning phone calls to answer questions.
